Clouds and puddles

The view down our street.

It would be nice if Nature kept you from flooding and gave Austin some greatly needed rain! That's a nice photo, Salix Tree, and shows us you really are in the country.

Lovely shot, Salix, very Ansel Adams-ish! You have a great eye for composition. Sorry about all the rain, your poor back yard does look rather boggy at the moment!

Oh, what a great new picture at the very top of your blog! Hope you won't get any more rain now.
Enjoy the season!

Well, I always say it's the rain that keeps Ireland so green. So I do welcome it.Just a wee bit annoying at times.

Anita, that pic is from last December, on the morning of winter solstice. Looking across the farm field towards the main road. Thought it was fitting for this season.

Ahhh.... Even grey clouds and puddles can be beautiful - when seeing it in a picture and not in real life ;-)

In this picture I think it's the special light that does the magic.
