Spring is on its way!

It's a foggy and frosty morning. It's been this way for a few days. And during the day, it becomes lovely and warm. I've been doing a bit of weeding and digging. Flowers have begun to show thier faces, smiling up at the sun.

Snowdrops in the strawberry bed are enjoying a sunny day.

Heather flowers are out and grinning!

Euphorbia is beginning to bud, slowly stretching thier stems.

I had to move my small roses away from the fence. The winter winds were so fierce, it blew the fence panels out several times, and they would fall on my roses, crushing them. Luckily, they have bendy stems, although a couple branches did break. I finally had enough of it, and dug a new bed for them. So it is to become a rose and herb bed. Doesn't look like anything yet, but it's slowly coming along. It'll be nice, I hope. I can see this rosebed from the kitchen sink window.
