Flowers on a rainy day

Marinette seems to enjoy the occasional shower, wearing the raindrops on her petals like jewels.

During the sunny spells, white butterflies come out of hiding to sample the nectar.

The pumpkin blossoms are huge, and sometimes fill their cuplike flowers with water.

Raindrops look so pretty on flowers! Marinette looks very pretty that way. Here we have lots of sunshine and just the occasional shower today.

Now catching up on your blog and i so enjoy your recent posts. Lovely pics of the roses and the honeysuckle against the sky, love the reds of the fuchsia and sweet peas. That peppermint plant is lush and lovely, your cat seems lost in it! Reminds me of the lushness of my basil. I also make pesto with basil and mint mixed, adds a light cool taste. Also crush loads of mint leaves into your footbath!
