little frilly bells

This is one of my unidentified plants, there's a lot of them scattered about. I think it may have come from a wildflower mix, but not really sure. I think they are sweet little flowers, very subdued and tiny. They don't scream "here I am, look at me!" at all, which is what I love about these little pretties.

Your drawings are much nicer than pictures. Please do not stop sharing the drawings when you start using your camera again. Both are appreciated.

Maybe this is a species heuchera but the leaf shape says heucherella a mix-breed of tiarella and heuchera.

This link is to a picture on my journal... a form of heuchera commonly called coral bells that has red flowers and is often visited by hummingbirds in our garden. The color and size of flower vary as do leaf color in newer forms.

Your drawings do have a delightful and otherworldly appeal.

Gloria said everything I was going to say, but I want to chime in and admire your drawings again. They really are charming.

The heuchera or heucherella looks very similar to a species that I have - Heuchera americana. I'll try to photograph it - no artistic talent here, I'm afraid.
