delightful violas
So many violas and pansies are blooming now, with thier happy faces and twinkly eyes. It's called heartsease, johnny-jump-up and love-in-idleness. Tiny plants with cheerful flowers, I think they are some of the prettiest flowers in the world, my absolute favorite. Here are some from my garden, self seeded everywhere.

So many cheery, smiling faces...and no matter what Mother Nature throws at them they keep on smiling.
I have some of these and love them! Gorgeous shots. Thanks for sharing.
Those are all such happy little faces! I noticed a window box full of the violas shown in the 2nd photo as I walked over to my neighbor's this evening. Such a cheerful greeting.
So many happy smiling faces dotted al over your garden. What is not to like about them? I'm nuts about them too, partly because my name, Yolanda, means Violet. :-) Glad to see that you've got your camera back! ;-)
I have some of these too!
I love violas:)
Be happy with your flowers:)
Your selection of violas is lovely ... still enjoying your calendula pics too! I don't think I could ever get tired of violas ... I love the way they pop up in different places in the garden and merrily bloom their little hearts out!
Just lovely. I especially like the ones on pictures 3, 4 and 9!!!
Beautiful faces! :)NG
Very lovely and delightful little flowers. I bought some seeds a few months ago but was busy and missed the cool weather to sow, have to wait till October to try.
I love the smiling faces. The pansys especially seem to be spirits of the garden.Occasionally you can see a smiling or frowning face on their flower.
You love them violas and pansys. The johnny jump ups/Heartsease are my FAV violas of all time.Interestingly I found wild ones before with the exact same colours. They are found in nature too that beautiful set of colours!
